Today is Little League Girls Day! A day dedicated to the physical prowess, the mental strength, and the determination that women and girls possess. One of the reasons that softball is such a great sport is that it allows everyone to play together regardless of gender. And, it’s history is really special because as a girl, I can relate to wanting to be the first. Wanting to make a difference and that’s exactly what today’s episode is about. Trailblazers! And as we celebrate Little League Girls Day, we honor the sport that challenged societal norms and gave girls an opportunity to play sports like the boys! Get ready to be inspired!
